For those who have yet to find a Twitter alternative to the "usual suspects" like TweetDeck or Twitterrific this app seems to have some promise. I haven't tried it myself over a longer time yet, but @danvanmoll told me he liked it and I trust his judgement. So, if you're fed up with the major players for whatever reasons head over to Osfoora and have a look for yourself.
